Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Resolve Harmony is seeking a Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team. This is a great opportunity for an SLP looking for a flexible schedule while making a meaningful impact in a skilled nursing environment. Responsibilities Evaluate residents for speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide skilled speech therapy services based on resident needs Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with nursing, therapy, dietary, and interdisciplinary team members Educate residents, families, and staff on treatment strategies and recommendations Participate in care planning and discharge planning as appropriate Qualifications Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or geriatric experience preferred Strong communication, clinical, and documentation skills Schedule Part-Time Flexible scheduling based on facility and resident needs Why Join Resolve Harmony?
