Job Title: Home Health Occupational Therapist Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: Occupational Therapy Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 16:30) Experience: 1 year of skilled home health experience License: Required Certifications: BCLS Must-Have: Oasis documentation experience Description: Home Health Occupational Therapist position available. The role involves providing therapy services to patients in their homes. This position cannot accommodate 4x10 or 3x12 shifts. The standard ratio is 1:1, with the potential to visit up to 6 patients per day. A productivity point standard of 30 is expected. First-time travelers are accepted for this assignment. There is no weekend requirement. On-call duties are not required for this position. Travelers will not float between different units. Block scheduling cannot be accommodated. Local candidates within a 50-75 mile radius are accepted at the same rate. RTO (Request Time Off) restrictions should be confirmed with the hiring manager. Travelers are expected to have their own transportation. The facility groups clients effectively to minimize drive time. The typical maximum driving radius is roughly 60 miles, with 60-90 minutes of total driving time per day. The facility requires a primary series COVID vaccination. Oasis experience is mandatory for this role. The attire is business casual, with scrubs allowed but not required. Charting will be done using EPIC Remote Client and Rover for home health. References covering one year of experience are required. It is expected that travelers will float within a state if necessary. Travelers refusing to float may face termination of their assignment.
