Firm Support Specialist I

Firm Support Services at Forvis Mazars keep the firm running smoothly by delivering essential administrative support. What You Will Do: Answering calls and greeting clients and guests at the front desk Coordinating outgoing and incoming mail, including mail and fax distribution Maintaining FedEx/UPS and other supplier accounts Maintaining common spaces (e.g., meeting rooms, lobby, break room, etc.) Coordinating conference room schedules and preparing for meetings Assisting in other administrative functions (filing, typing, proofreading, tax processing support, etc.) Coordinating meal delivery and events for the office Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications: A High School Diploma or equivalent, Additional college education preferred Previous work experience in a professional office environment At least 2 years of experience answering a multi‑line phone system Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe programs Excellent customer service and communication skills Attention to detail and strong organizational skills while working under target dates Ability to manage projects and is a self‑starter Flexibility in work hours; full‑time during extension season from August to October and January through April, part‑time during off season (8AM‑1PM) Preferred Qualifications: AI proficiency in optimizing work performance Legal Notice Forvis Mazars, LLP is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer in accordance with applicable law.
