Job Description Job Description Kitchen Lead / Lead Cook – Riip Beer Co. (Huntington Beach) Riip Beer Co. is hiring a Kitchen Lead / Lead Cook for our high-volume pizzeria and brewery. This is a hands-on role for someone who can cook at a high level, lead by example, and help train the team —without being stuck in full management duties. If you’re the person everyone naturally looks to on the line, this is for you. What You’ll Do Work the line and execute consistently at a high level Help lead shifts and keep the kitchen running smoothly Train and support newer team members Maintain food quality, organization, and speed during busy service Assist with prep, inventory, and daily kitchen tasks Step up and solve problems when things get busy What We’re Looking For Strong kitchen experience (pizza/high-volume preferred) Someone who takes pride in their work and holds others accountable Natural leader—not a manager title, but a leader on the floor Able to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented Available nights and weekends Why Riip Work in an award-winning brewery and high-energy kitchen Tight-knit team with a strong culture Opportunity to grow into a management role if you want it Creative, quality-driven food program If you can handle a busy kitchen, lead from the front, and help build a strong team—we want to hear from you.
