Operations Manager

About The Role The Operations Manager keeps technical and product teams running efficiently by owning cross-functional workflows, internal tooling, and operational execution. The role involves removing operational friction, managing complex project timelines, and ensuring engineering and product organizations scale smoothly. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end execution of cross-functional technical initiatives, aligning product, engineering, and data teams Design, document, and iterate on standard operating procedures using Notion, Confluence, and Jira Track operational health metrics and KPIs, presenting actionable insights and risk assessments to leadership Manage internal tooling licenses, vendor evaluations, and technical stack administration Facilitate capacity planning, resource allocation, and sprint retrospectives for engineering teams Drive continuous improvement initiatives to automate manual workflows and reduce cycle times What We Are Looking For 4-7 years of operations, program, or technical project management experience within a high-growth technology company Proficiency with data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and BI platforms (Tableau or Looker) Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects from inception to completion Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong focus on documentation clarity Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related quantitative field Bonus: Experience with agile software development methodologies and PMP or CSM certification #J-18808-Ljbffr
