Overview Deliver clearly documented functional, system and process requirements. Works with clients to obtain requirements through interviews, document analysis, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, workflow analysis and use cases. Evaluates the information from those multiple sources to develop an understanding of the client's business requests and needs and translates and refines the requirements into functional specifications. Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to lead a project or group. Responsibilities Mainly GIS research to identify new participants in gas/electric extensions. Additional tasks: requesting RFPs for customer refunds, handling returned checks (finding updated addresses or contacting AP Accounting), and monthly reporting. Majority of work is GIS-based, with some SAP work for RFP processing. What a typical day looks like: Daily GIS research for new connections/extensions. Run monthly report to review 150+ accounts, closing or updating them. Create RFPs and push them to SAP. Add notes in GIS/ETP system. Occasionally respond to ad hoc extension-related inquiries. Candidate Details Top skills and qualifications Required: GIS (2–5 years). Strongly Preferred: Excel (pivot tables, charts), SAP (for RFPs).
