Looking for an opportunity to utilize your administrative, research and data entry skills? Seeking a temporary role to start working immediately? Then this could be the job for you. Nationally recognized facilities management firm is seeking a professional Data Entry/Office Assistant for a customer in the Santa Clara area. This position will be researching and comparing data, invoices, checks, and more to confirm details within database. Project would last approximately 2 months, but could have potential to work longer term, based on the individual. This client is a specialty IT company in the AI field.

Responsibilities:

• Auditing information in accounting system and database
• Logging errors to bring to managers' attention
• Inputting information into database
• Searching for duplicated entrys
• Inputting corrections into the system
• Preparing region specific reporting to reflect new input data
• Gathering contact names and inputting
• Auditing various forms of data
• Reviewing current information and modifying/correcting as needed
• Assisting Manager with projects
• Working with team on projects related to the database

Special Skills:

• Attention to detail
• Well organized
• Willing to ask questions
• Solid researching skills

Must have:

• Experience working with MS products
• Experience in data entry and auditing
• Strong proofing skills
