Position: Full-Time Pediatric Occupational Therapist Key Responsibilities: Provide individualized occupational therapy services for children with diverse developmental needs Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans Track and document measurable patient progress Partner closely with families to support carryover at home and in daily routines Collaborate with speech therapists and other clinicians on shared cases Participate in team meetings, mentorship, and ongoing training opportunities Maintain accurate, timely documentation aligned with best practices Qualifications: Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Michigan Strong clinical foundation in sensory processing, self-regulation, or feeding therapy Experience with or interest in child-led, play-based, or trauma-informed care Excellent communication and collaboration skills Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice Core Skills: Compassionate, family-centered communication Expertise in sensory integration and self-regulation strategies Creative, child-led treatment planning Strong problem-solving and adaptability Team collaboration and reflective listening Benefits: Competitive salary range: $33 – $45/hour Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Short-term and long-term disability coverage 401(k) retirement plan Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance Continuing education (CEU) allowance Structured mentorship and ongoing professional development Collaborative, family-first clinic culture Supportive leadership and a team that truly cares Why Join Flourishing Lives?
