Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day litigation strategy and execution across patent and intellectual property disputes in federal court.
• Draft and argue substantive motions, oversee discovery, and coordinate with experts, vendors, and outside counsel as needed.
• Take and defend depositions, prepare technical and legal case positions, and support claim construction and dispositive motion practice.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for business stakeholders, providing case updates, budgeting support, and strategic guidance.
• Mentor junior legal professionals while contributing to hearings, trials, and other significant case milestones.

Qualifications / Nice to Have

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing.
• 3+ years of intellectual property or patent litigation experience in federal court.
• Experience drafting and filing substantive briefs and motions.
• Experience taking or defending depositions.
• Ability to independently manage multiple active litigation matters.
• Experience handling patent litigation matters through key litigation stages, including claim construction.
• Technical background or registration to practice before the USPTO.
• Experience with PTAB proceedings, post-grant challenges, or related patent matters.
• Experience involving online marketplace enforcement, emergency injunctive relief, or other IP-focused enforcement actions.
• Trial experience in any capacity.
• Additional language proficiency supporting international business clients.
