Pay: $33.00 – $37.00 per hour (Based on experience)

Schedule:

Day Shift: 7:00 am-3:00 pm -(full-time)

Nights: 11:00 PM- 7:00 am

Your Impact:

In this role, you are more than a clinician; you are a leader on the floor. Your responsibilities include:

• Providing and overseeing direct nursing care for our residents.
• Supervising and supporting nursing assistants to ensure a cohesive team environment.
• Administering medications and providing prompt response to emergencies.
• Maintaining clear, professional communication with residents, families, and physicians.
• Ensuring accurate documentation within electronic health records.

Qualifications:

• Active Unencumbered Missouri LPN license.
• CPR certification required; IV certification preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in skilled nursing, hospital, or similar clinical environments.
• Strong leadership skills and a commitment to professional standards.
• Physical ability to meet the demands of the nursing role.
