TikTok Commerce Strategy Lead The TikTok Commerce Strategy Lead is responsible for developing the long-term vision and strategic roadmap for TikTok Shop growth. This role focuses on building scalable strategies across content commerce, creator partnerships, livestream selling, campaigns, and marketplace expansion. Key Responsibilities Define TikTok Shop growth strategy and long-term business roadmap. Identify opportunities to increase revenue, brand awareness, and customer acquisition. Develop strategic plans across creators, affiliates, livestream commerce, and paid marketing. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and TikTok platform updates. Establish performance goals, KPIs, and measurement frameworks. Partner with cross-functional teams to execute growth initiatives. Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in digital commerce, social commerce, marketplace strategy, or growth marketing. Deep understanding of TikTok ecosystem, consumer behavior, and social shopping trends. Experience developing and executing growth strategies that drive measurable business results. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations. Experience managing partnerships with creators, agencies, affiliates, or external vendors. Strong knowledge of e-commerce metrics including GMV, conversion rate, CAC, ROI, and customer lifetime value. Ability to influence cross-functional teams and lead initiatives without direct authority.
