This Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) delivers outpatient and clinic-based primary care services to adult patients within a structured clinical environment in New York. The facility operates on a standard weekday schedule and maintains established clinical protocols to support consistent and quality care delivery. On-site support staff includes a dedicated medical assistant and registered nurses to assist with daily clinical operations.

New York State offers clinicians on assignment access to a range of family-oriented and outdoor activities suited to varied interests. The area features indoor recreation options such as rock climbing, ice skating, escape rooms, and ropes courses, alongside outdoor pursuits including nature exploration and bird-watching walks. Cultural and recreational amenities include a planetarium with free exhibits, arts and culture performances across multiple venues, and programs supported through a Zoo, Arts and Parks initiative.

Clinicians will provide outpatient and clinic-based primary care services to an adult patient population (ages 18 and older) at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in New York, working Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a one-hour lunch break, totaling 35 hours for the week of August 10 - 14. The expected caseload is 15-20 patients per day, and clinicians must be prepared to contribute from day one given the short assignment duration. Clinical responsibilities encompass general family medicine services, including the evaluation and management of primary and chronic care conditions for the adult patient population.
