Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to understand their individual needs and develop targeted treatment plans.
• Manage a patient load of one individual per hour, ensuring quality over quantity in care delivery.
• Implement effective treatment techniques, drawing from evidence-based practices to improve patient mobility and function.
• Minimize reliance on medications by exploring and recommending non-surgical interventions.
• Enhance patient wellness through tailored fitness and wellness programs that cater to their specific requirements.
• Document treatments and patient progress meticulously, ensuring proper record-keeping in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to create a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation process, fostering a positive and engaged environment.
• Review and assess treatment outcomes continuously to modify care plans as needed.
• Promote a healthy lifestyle by enhancing strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination in all patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic primarily serves patients with private medical insurance, allowing us to focus on delivering exceptional orthopedic care. Our patient demographic ranges from athletes recovering from injuries to individuals pursuing improved mobility and quality of life. Each patient's journey is unique, and as their physical therapist, you will play a vital role in their rehabilitation and health journey.

Qualifications

• Must have completed a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) program.
• Possession of an active California Physical Therapist license with no disciplinary actions.
• Exceptional manual therapy skills that enhance patient treatment options.
• Strong proficiency in developing and implementing exercise programs tailored to diverse patient needs.
• Familiarity with EMR software, particularly WebPT, for efficient documentation and patient management.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of delivering positive patient outcomes through effective interventions.
• Experience working within a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and skills.
