Relationship Banker

Job Summary Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions via self‑service resources such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM. Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions for clients, while conducting deep conversations to understand financial and life priorities and connect them to solutions that meet those goals. Responsibilities Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence. Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs. Follow established processes and guidelines in daily activities to do what is right for clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations. Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments. Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively. Drive the client experience. Manage cash responsibilities. Required Qualifications Enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results. Confident in identifying solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs. Effective communicator, comfortable engaging all clients. Comfortable educating clients on simple banking transactions through self‑service technologies (ATM, online banking, mobile banking). Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills. Follow established processes and guidelines, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations. Efficient time and capacity management; focus on results while acting in the best interest of the client. Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours and travel to any financial center within a reasonable distance. Desired Qualifications Experience in financial services and knowledge of industry products and solutions. One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary‑plus incentive environment with individual sales goals. Six months of cash handling experience. Bachelor’s or business‑relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration, or finance. Compensation Hourly pay range: $25.00–$27.88, based on experience, education and skill set. This role is compensated with a base salary and is not incentive eligible.
