Employment Type Full-time Requirements Licensed dental hygienist X-ray / Radiography Certification Job Description Performing dental hygiene procedures, such as dental cleanings, periodontal assessments, and fluoride treatments. Educating patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, including brushing, flossing, and nutrition. Taking digital dental x-rays and assisting the dentist in treatment planning. Conducting oral cancer screenings and documenting patient medical histories. Administering local anesthesia and nitrous oxide sedation as required. Collaborating with the dental team to ensure efficient and smooth patient flow. Utilizing the latest dental technologies, including intraoral cameras, digital charting systems, and laser treatments. Maintaining strict infection control protocols and sterilization procedures. Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring patient satisfaction throughout their visit. Staying updated on the latest advancements in dental hygiene and continuing education opportunities.
