Staff Engineering Program Manager

Driving the delivery of multiple engineering initiatives, the full-time remote Staff Engineering Program Manager will oversee project execution, manage cross-functional collaboration, and ensure alignment with company objectives in the cybersecurity SaaS domain. Key responsibilities Oversee planning and execution of engineering initiatives to ensure efficient delivery Maintain a portfolio of initiatives that facilitate effective team integration Develop strategies for risk management, identifying and mitigating risks in engineering projects Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in computer science, IT, or a related field 5-10 years of experience as a technical program/project manager in Software Engineering or Cybersecurity Past experience in software development Knowledge of Cloud Software Engineering and Cybersecurity technologies Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and GitHub
