This is an in‑office position. Responsibilities Manage, train and direct staff, including providing technical and administrative assistance, monitoring workload, and communicating directives and assignments. Perform all aspects of the licensing support positions in the event of absence or vacancy. Prepare and post agendas, attend board meetings and conference calls, take and transcribe minutes. Assure timely and accurate processing of applications, printing/mail services, and scanning documents for record retention. Review and evaluate all complex or problematic applications and determine whether further review by executive director or board/committee members is required. Direct or assist staff with resolution of non‑routine telephone or written inquiries regarding licensure. Assist in promulgation of proposed rule changes. Provide technical assistance to executive director, counsel, investigators and members of the boards on licensing and administrative issues. What we are looking for Minimum Qualifications Four or more years of relevant experience; or a bachelor’s degree in business or public administration (or closely related field) AND up to two years of relevant experience. Knowledge of computer applications such as Adobe Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel. Lack of post‑secondary education will not be used as the sole basis for denying consideration to any applicant.
