CNC Maintenance Technician - Direct Hire Beverly, MA | $32-$38/Hour | Full-Time Are you a skilled maintenance technician who enjoys solving complex equipment issues and keeping production running at peak performance? Join a growing precision manufacturing operation where your expertise in CNC machine repair, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance will make a critical impact every day. What You'll Do Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC machines, lathes, mills, and related manufacturing equipment. Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Read and interpret electrical schematics, machine drawings, and technical documentation. Support PLC, robotics, and automation-related maintenance activities. Assist with machine installations, upgrades, and equipment modifications. Manage preventive maintenance schedules and maintenance documentation. Maintain inventories of critical spare parts and maintenance supplies. Help develop annual maintenance budgets for parts, services, and training needs. Respond to emergency equipment breakdowns and implement lasting corrective actions. What We're Looking For Hands-on experience maintaining and repairing CNC machines and industrial manufacturing equipment. Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Ability to read electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical schematics. Experience with motors, relays, contactors, breakers, transformers, and industrial electrical systems. Knowledge of PLCs, robotics, and automated production equipment is a plus. Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize maintenance needs.
