A leading staffing agency is looking for a remote Service Desk professional to support IT service delivery. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in customer service focused on ITIL methodology and troubleshooting skills in Microsoft Windows, along with experience in a call center or Service Desk environment. Knowledge in ServiceNow and ITIL certifications are highly preferred. This position offers flexibility with the potential for extension beyond six months. #J-18808-Ljbffr Focused HR Solutions
