Account Services Specialist - ITSM, ITIL Location: Addison, TX, US Company: NTT DATA Services We are currently seeking an Account Services Specialist - ITSM, ITIL to join our team in Addison, Texas (US). This is a hybrid role, on-site at our client site 4 days/week with one day remote. Only local candidates will be considered. Oversees, facilitates, and administers ITIL-based service support and/or technical account management in the coordination of incident ownership and client account management on a 24x7 basis. Responsibilities Manage and oversee service delivery processes, including incident, problem, request, change, service level, and configuration management, as well as resource coordination, client management, dispute and technical resolution management, and communications. Play a key role in continuous improvement activities in support of client. Compile, analyze and report statistical data and trends relating to service level compliance and operational effectiveness. Assist program or process development and implementation. Qualifications 6+ years of experience in an Account Service role. Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Solid understanding of ITIL processes and principles; ITIL4 certification preferred. Holistic understanding of service management practices. ServiceNow experience. Excellent written and verbal skills. Ability to physically perform general office requirements. Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations. Benefits NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this role is $74,720 – $112,080. Actual compensation depends on candidate’s experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
