Inpatient Hospice RN - Night Shift

This is a 13-week contract position.

Night shifts, 3x12-hour shifts per week, including every other weekend from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

The Inpatient Hospice RN will provide comprehensive care to patients in a hospice setting, focusing on pain management, symptom relief, and emotional support for both patients and families.

Responsibilities:

Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor patient progress and adjust care as necessary.
Provide education and support to patients and their families.
Document patient interactions and care provided accurately in medical records.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

Current RN license in the state of practice.
Previous hospice experience is required.
Experience with HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) is preferred; candidates without HCHB experience may be considered at a reduced hour rate for the first two weeks if training is provided.
