Job Summary Inside Sales Representative – serves as the front‑line contact for customers, responsible for understanding equipment needs, negotiating and placing orders, and maintaining excellent customer service. Responsibilities Support telephone and walk‑in customers with rental inquiries. Understand customer equipment needs and recommend solutions. Negotiate and place orders while maintaining accurate administrative records. Deliver professional, courteous service at all times. Qualifications High School diploma or GED required. Valid driver’s license required. Familiarity with various types of construction/industrial tools and equipment. Previous equipment rental industry experience preferred. Strong customer service and telephone skills. Solid computer and administrative skills. Successful completion of the DOT Qualification process preferred. Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be preferred in some locations. Physical Demands Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors as required by the job. Compensation and Benefits Base pay range: $24.58 - $29.19 per hour. Pay may vary based on position, location, education, training, and experience. Health, dental, and vision plans. 401(k) match.
