Responsibilities
- Review daily billing for assigned communities.
- Review, Audit, and Research customers accounts.
- Resolve billing Issues.
- Assist communities with month end close and monthly billing.
- Assist with interim and year end audit.
- Train communities on new procedures, policies, or automations within our billing system.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes.
- May perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education or experience.
