Duration: 9 month contract, set to end July 2027 with possible extensions
Pay Rate: $20/HR
Location: Jeffersonville, IN 47130
Schedule: 8-5
Remote- Monday and Friday
Onsite-Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Must-Haves:
- 2+ years of Accounts Payable or accounting experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Excel
- Formulas (% count)
- X or V lookup
- Pivot tables
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Plusses:
- Experience with Sage Intacct (required or strongly preferred)
- Experience with Salesforce
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience with electronic invoice processing and approval workflows
- Knowledge of sales and use tax requirements
- Experience working in a multi-location or service-based organization
- Understanding of general ledger accounting principles
