What You'll Do

• Process high-volume invoices accurately and efficiently
• Review, code, and enter invoices into the accounting system
• Match purchase orders, invoices, and receiving documentation
• Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries and account issues
• Maintain accurate vendor records and payment documentation
• Assist with month-end close activities, including account reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls
• Support the accounting team with additional projects as needed

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• Strong understanding of invoice processing and account reconciliation
• Experience working with ERP or accounting software systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or corporate accounting environments
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics, or similar ERP systems

Pay Details: $24.00 to $27.00 per hour
