Insurance Defense Attorney (4-12+ Years')

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney for our Houston office. The ideal candidate will have experience in at least one of the following areas: construction defect, bodily injury defense, or other insurance defense matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft motions and/or conduct depositions, oral arguments, and hearings
- Negotiate settlements and manage client reporting
- Independently handle appearances and assignments with minimal supervision
- Handle civil cases through trial
Qualifications:
- Must be licensed to practice law in Texas (additional state licensure is a plus)
- 4-12+ years of experience in Insurance Defense (Preferred)
- Experience in at least one of the following areas: construction defect, bodily injury defense, or other insurance defense matters (Required)
