JobDescription: EssentialFunctions: Work directly with HR/Payroll functionalteams and technical staff to identify, analyze, design, test, implement,and document new systems and associated procedures. Translate complex business needs toeffective design recommendations. Implement solutions to ensure that all workstreams are cohesive and that cross-functional impacts are considered andmitigated. Provide direction to technical developersfor data conversion, complex reports, and interfaces, and support thetesting and implementation of integrations into and out of the system. Create, document and execute test plansto validate that system updates are accurate, and the system functions asdesigned. Develop, create, and maintain a varietyof reports to answer relevant business questions and communicate key HR metricsto stakeholders in an easy-to-understand format. Design and set up security structuresacross multiple modules, processes and functions in the HR systems anddata repositories and identify need for updating of policies. Advise on industry standards and leadingpractices. Provide project manager with statusupdates and keep them apprised of overall project status. While implementation of new systems isunderway, provide ad-hoc reports and first-level support for systems thatwill be deprecated. Other duties and responsibilities asrequired. Requirements: Experience administering Workday HCMsoftware Experience with Workday Payroll module Skills: Think analytically and apply logic tosolve problems. Handle multiple tasks concurrently andmeet deadlines, despite conflicting demands. Effective interpersonal skills and theability to collaborate with others. Excellent communication skills, bothverbal and written, to clearly articulate complex messages andrequirements.
