Americas Remarketing and CPO Specialist

What to Expect This role is a regional role based in NYC managing the resale of off-lease and internal press and marketing fleet vehicles while optimizing the value of our inventory. Through oversight of the remarketing process from start to finish, the Remarketing and CPO specialist will enhance the strength of used McLaren residual values by promoting the McLaren CPO program driving achievement of targets, alignment of the CPO program with financial services offerings, and communicating program benefits to customers, dealers, and financial services partners. What You'll Do Manage the remarketing process for McLaren vehicles, including pricing, appraisals, inspections, and negotiations with buyers Analyse market trends and consumer demand to optimize resale value for both off-lease and press and marketing fleet vehicles Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to attract potential buyers and promote our inventory of McLaren vehicles Coordinate with internal departments, including Sales, Marketing, and Finance, to ensure seamless and efficient remarketing operations Subject matter expert on McLaren Certified Pre-owned program. Including CPO process, sales targets, and dealer program incentives Build and maintain relationships with dealers, auction houses, and other industry partners to expand our reach in the market Manage the logistics of transporting vehicles to and from auctions and other sales channels Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations governing the sale of used McLaren vehicles What You'll Bring Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing the sale of used McLaren vehicles Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field 3+ years of experience in McLaren vehicle remarketing or a related field (such as OEM Finance, Operations, or Sales). Proficiency in MS Office and experience working with inventory management software Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing the sale of used McLaren vehicles Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent negotiation and communication skills Strong understanding of the McLaren vehicle market and pricing trends Proficiency in MS Office and experience working with inventory management software Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Team player with excellent collaboration skills Strong problem-solving skills Positive attitude and ability to stay motivated in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service skills Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets and goals Adaptability and willingness to learn and implement new technologies and processe Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients and industry partners What We’ll Do for You Structured career development framework 15 vacation days, plus 14 bank holiday days Private Medical Insurance paid by company 401k Company Matched Who Are We?
