Position Title: Technical Product Ops

Location: Remote- Open to Hybrid (NYC, Menlo Park, Washington DC, Seattle)

Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Job Type: Open to Hybrid (NYC, Menlo Park, Washington DC, Seattle)

Pay Range: $75/hr. - $80/hr.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to drive execution across multiple products and platforms. This role combines technical program management, data analytics, SQL expertise, AI-assisted workflows, and cross-functional collaboration to improve product outcomes and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in technical product operations, advanced SQL skills, and experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate execution and automate workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Support execution strategy across multiple products and platforms, including launching new initiatives and improving delivery outcomes.
• Write and optimize advanced SQL queries to collect, transform, and analyze product data from multiple sources.
• Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support business and product decisions.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Google Sheets, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
• Utilize AI agents and AI-assisted tools to automate repetitive tasks, accelerate data analysis, and prototype solutions.
• Identify program risks proactively and develop data-driven mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive execution and remove blockers.
• Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
• Develop documentation and operational processes to improve program execution.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program management, strategy, consulting, operations, or technical product operations.
• Advanced SQL expertise, including:
• Common Table Expressions (CTEs)
• Window Functions
• Complex Joins
• Aggregations
• Data Transformations
• Experience using AI agents or AI-assisted workflows to improve productivity.
• Expert-level proficiency with Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new tools, technologies, and business domains.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with VS Code or similar development environments.
• Experience with AI-assisted development, low-code/no-code tools, or AI code generation.
• Experience building dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Looker, Unidash, or similar BI tools.
• Familiarity with ETL processes, data pipelines, and data infrastructure concepts.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams on technical requirements.
• Background in quality assurance, triage operations, or ML/AI validation workflows.
• Experience developing and executing manual and automated testing strategies.
