Receiving Associate – Seattle, WA What You'll Do: You’ll support warehouse receiving and order-selection operations by ensuring inbound products are accurately received, stored, and prepared for distribution. This hands-on warehouse role requires safe equipment operation, attention to product quality, and the ability to work in both refrigerated and freezer environments while maintaining productivity throughout a physically active shift. In This Role, You'll: Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments while ensuring inventory accuracy Use Vocollect voice-directed headsets to accurately select products and build customer orders Verify products are in excellent condition and properly packaged before shipment Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, including material handling equipment as required Work in refrigerated and freezer environments while maintaining productivity and quality standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times Collaborate closely with team members to meet daily operational goals Follow all company safety procedures and food-safety requirements Support both receiving and order-selection functions based on operational needs What You'll Bring: At least one year of general warehouse experience preferred Previous receiving experience preferred Forklift experience preferred Experience operating material handling equipment, including electric pallet jacks and stand-up forklifts preferred Basic reading and math skills needed to verify products, quantities, labels, and inventory information Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, reach, and lift or carry up to 50 pounds throughout the shift Availability to work scheduled shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments, including refrigerated (34-36°F) and freezer (0 to -10°F) conditions The Schedule & Setting: Full-time position beginning at 3:00 p.m. Four-day, 10-hour schedule This is a fully on-site warehouse position Work is performed in a physically active, production-based environment Regular work may include refrigerated and freezer warehouse areas Weekends and holidays may be included in the regular schedule Overtime is required when operational needs arise and may extend the scheduled shift Pay & Benefits: Pay Rate (Base Pay): $26.66 per hour Weekly pay (every Friday) Other Compensation: May include overtime pay, bonuses, shift differentials, or other incentive pay as applicable to the position and location Health and Wellness: Comprehensive benefits available within 30 days of employment for eligible associates and their families Company-Provided Uniforms: Includes work boots Career Development: Training and advancement opportunities designed to support long-term career growth Work Environment: People-first culture with a focus on teamwork, development, and employee success Why Join Us: We’re not just in the business of distribution, we’re in the business of development.
