NorthStar Memorial Group is seeking a Clerical & Admin Specialist at Restland Funeral Home in Dallas, TX. Our administrative teams assume the crucial role of ensuring seamless operations throughout every stage of the delicate client family life cycle, from the initial meeting with families, until final arrangements are made. We serve as the cornerstone of our client family support structure, acting as the glue that holds everything together. We are problem solvers and peace-of-mind-providers - we implement checks and balances to maintain consistency and uphold our commitment to care in every interaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end process of ordering cemetery memorials, including headstones, markers, and related products
• Verify order details for accuracy, including inscriptions, design specifications, and placement requirements
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely production and delivery
• Track all memorial orders from placement through installation, maintaining organized and up-to-date records
• Communicate status updates with families, staff, and management as needed
• Resolve order discrepancies or delays by working directly with vendors and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with cemetery regulations, policies, and quality standards

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative support experience
• Valid driver's license
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Computer knowledge (Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, HMIS, word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software)
