o Conduct pre-employment, occupational health, fitness for duty medical examinations for candidates, New York State civil service, local civil service, and partnering agencies and authorities referred to Employee Health Services.
o Review respirator mask questionnaires and complete clearance reports for State employees on the use of various types of respirators.
o Review the results of audiometric testing and prepare reports for employees and referring agencies.
o Assist with diagnostic testing, including electrocardiogram, and pulmonary function testing; and provide immunizations, including Hepatitis, rabies, and influenza for current State employees.
oOrder, interpret and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient's clinical problems and health care

Must have a New York State License to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse; and certification by the New York State Education Department in a specialty area to practice as a Nurse Practitioner.

Salary commensurate with scope of work job experience
Proper footwear required to perform tasks in a safe manner.
Perform other reasonably related duties as required.
