Virtual Pharmaceutical Sales Representative Updated: Today Location: Tampa, FL, United States Job ID: 16592-OTHLOC-CiEvYfw9 The Virtual Sales Representative will engage healthcare professionals (HCPs), educate, identify patients, and qualify leads to ensure effective follow-up and conversion. The role involves planning and organized activities to maintain regular and consistent coverage of the territory, administering territory information, and complying with reporting and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities Execute client-directed outbound calls, emails, and virtual strategic interactions with assigned targets and prospective customers to deliver effective sales presentations. Develop a daily/weekly call schedule to ensure efficient and comprehensive coverage of assigned targets. Demonstrate territory planning with impactful pre‑and post‑call analysis proficiency. Maintain accurate records of all interactions, including calls, emails, and appointments in the CRM system. Clearly articulate the clinical benefits and value of the product to HCPs and office staff using educational resources and support materials. Foster trust and credibility through consistent, professional communication in a virtual setting with HCPs and office staff. Qualifications – Required BA/BS degree minimum required. 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience with a history of documented success. Expert selling skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively. Technical/computer proficiency. Effective prioritization and planning skills while ensuring adherence to compliance guidelines. Ability to work independently and as a team member while managing multiple tasks across multiple systems. Qualifications – Preferred 1+ years of specialty pharmaceutical sales experience. 1+ years of virtual/inside pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience.
