Dental Insurance Coordinator

Overview Desert Sun Endodontics is seeking a Dental Insurance Coordinator to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This role requires someone who can work efficiently under pressure, manage a fast-paced schedule, and maintain strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of dental insurance, can appropriately prioritize referring offices and patient needs, and consistently communicates with professionalism, courtesy, and respect. Reliability and flexibility are essential, along with a willingness to support other team members as needed. Compensation: $21-23 per hour, based on experience Requirements: 1+ years of hands‑on dental office experience 1+ years of prior dental insurance experience required Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Strong understanding of dental insurance, including verification and breakdown of benefits Working knowledge of dentistry, specifically endodontics Comfortable with basic math and financial calculations related to treatment planning Computer literate with moderate to fast typing speed Ability to create, interpret, and communicate treatment plans accurately Experience handling a multi-line phone system in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Desert Sun Endodontics
