Phlebotomist / Medical Assistant (MA) Mobile Supervisor | Tulsa, OK

Pay: $17.50–$25.00/hour (DOE) + Bonus up to $3,000

Schedule: 6–12 Hour Shifts | Weekends Required | No Overnights | 2-Week Rotating Schedule

Job Type: Full-Time | Mobile Healthcare | Leadership

Phlebotomist / MA Mobile Supervisor – Must-Have Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 2 years leadership or supervisory experience
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Willingness to obtain CDL
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments

Phlebotomist / MA Mobile Supervisor – Position Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Phlebotomist / MA Mobile Supervisor to lead daily mobile healthcare operations while actively supporting patient care. This role combines leadership responsibilities with direct involvement in phlebotomy, donor screening, and registration. Ideal for a motivated healthcare professional who thrives in a mission-driven, team-oriented setting.

Phlebotomist / MA Mobile Supervisor – Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and motivate mobile team members
• Perform phlebotomy, vital signs, screening, and registration
• Ensure safe, professional, and positive donor experiences
• Maintain compliance with SOPs and safety standards
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, and daily performance goals
• Support onboarding and training of new team members
• Manage inventory, supplies, and mobile setup
• Travel to various mobile drive locations as required

Phlebotomist / MA Mobile Supervisor – Additional Qualifications

• Prior healthcare, phlebotomy, or Medical Assistant experience preferred
• Spanish fluency eligible for additional pay
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Growth-oriented mindset with willingness to learn

* Draw blood for tests, transfusions, donations, or research. May explain the procedure to patients and assist in the recovery of patients with adverse reactions.

* Conduct standards tests, such as blood alcohol, blood culture, oral glucose tolerance, glucose screening, blood smears, or peak and trough drug levels tests.

* Collect specimens at specific time intervals for tests, such as those assessing therapeutic drug levels.

* Process blood or other fluid samples for further analysis by other medical professionals.

* Provide sample analysis results to physicians to assist diagnosis.

* Document route of specimens from collection to laboratory analysis and diagnosis.

* Draw blood from capillaries by dermal puncture, such as heel or finger stick methods.

* Conduct hemoglobin tests to ensure donor iron levels are normal.

* Transport specimens or fluid samples from collection sites to laboratories.

* Explain fluid or tissue collection procedures to patients.

* Train other medical personnel in phlebotomy or laboratory techniques.

* Collect fluid or tissue samples, using appropriate collection procedures.

* Enter patient, specimen, insurance, or billing information into computer.
