Material Planning Coordinator

This Material Planning Coordinator (MPC) will support the Bradley OSD refurbishment in Croatia. The MPC role entails performing kit builds, material support, receiving and issuing items, inventory of Government material as well as contractor provided items, documentation of warehouse activities and material and equipment handling within the Operations section. They support the internal flow of material, kits, hardware and components to ensure that refurbishment schedules and Operations commitments are met or exceeded. The MPC responds to material shortages due to lost, damaged or defective material in order to prevent work stoppages in areas of responsibility. Maintains accurate records by updating applicable systems that provide status of product to the Operations Manager. Utilizes system applications such as Oracle and manual spreadsheets to perform daily tasks. Actively participates in the establishment of Point of Use Material and cycle count activities in the warehouse. Performs other duties and responsibilities as required. This individual will become system savvy while executing the above responsibilities. This will set the foundation for career growth opportunities.

Experience:

• 1+ years of Supply Chain or equivalent experience
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Skills:

• Oracle or other ERP system experience
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal

Education:

High School Diploma
