Were looking for someone who is driven as well as approachable. Who is task-oriented and willing to be held accountable. Who will look everyone who enters the studio members, employees, vendors, visitors in the eye, call them by name, and make time for them. Who can motivate a sales team. Who listens. Who likes to stay fit and to have fun! If something goes wrong, you get it fixed. If a member is celebrating her 20th class or his 65th birthday, you make sure theyre recognized. When sales goals are set, you surpass them. Orangetheory has a feel like no other fitness venue. Its personal and close-knit; when members walk into a studio, they feel like theyre coming home. Plus, our workouts are backed by science, and thats what makes them unique and awe-inspiring.

Wed love you to have Orangetheory experience, but well take into consideration leadership and management experience somewhere else. Managerial experience, and what goes into day-to-day operations as well as an eye for the future is a plus. Heres more of what were looking for:

- Managing overall studio operations with the support of Regional Leadership
- Leading a studio sales team to meet and exceed membership goals and other KPIs
- Interviewing, hiring and onboarding new sales associates
- Analyzing and managing P&Ls and other financial statements
- Creating and managing work schedules for the sales team
- Exhibiting an enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly demeanor
- Handling members concerns in a professional and objective manner
- Creating and executing studio marketing and outreach events
- Showing passion for health and wellness in the community
- Leading by example as a team player
- 3-5 years of management experience - OTF staff and managers to the front of the line.
- High School Diploma or equivalent college degree preferred
- Willing and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Experience working in a sales, retail or fitness environment (preferred)
- Experience in a customer facing role (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Base salary along with multiple incentive-based bonuses for reaching various performance targets
