Accountant Bookkeeper

Job Description We are looking for an Accountant Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for various accounting functions and possess excellent analytical skills Responsibilities Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets Must be proficient in Quickbooks (Desktop and online), Excel, and accounting software Perform audits, ensuring adherence to standard requirements Create new processes to improve financial efficiency Report analysis and findings to management team Conduct account analysis and reconciliation tasks Handle bank reconciliations Payroll processing Monthly/quarterly accounting Qualifications Previous experience in accounting Quickbooks Software Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools Detail and deadline-oriented Strong analytical and problem solving skills Proven work experience Strong problem solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Schedule 20 - 40 hours per week #J-18808-Ljbffr
