We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused, and results-driven Licensed Insurance Broker holding an active Florida 2-15 (Health & Life) and/or 2-40 (Health Insurance Customer Representative) license. The ideal candidate will educate clients on insurance solutions, assess individual and family needs, and provide personalized coverage recommendations while maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with prospective and existing clients to assess healthcare and insurance needs.
• Present and explain health, life, Medicare, and supplemental insurance products.
• Recommend coverage options that align with clients’ financial and healthcare goals.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline through referrals, networking, and lead generation.
• Manage the sales process from initial consultation through enrollment and policy servicing.
• Ensure all applications, documentation, and enrollments are completed accurately and compliantly.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance products, carrier updates, and regulatory changes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues.
• Meet or exceed established sales, retention, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Utilize CRM systems to document client interactions and manage follow-up activities.

Qualifications

• Active Florida 2-15 Health & Life License and/or 2-40 Health Insurance License.
• High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous insurance sales, healthcare, customer service, or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to build trust and establish long-term client relationships.
• Comfortable working in a goal-oriented, performance-driven environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Experience with ACA Marketplace, Medicare, Life Insurance, or Supplemental Health products.
• Experience working with inbound and outbound sales leads.
