Senior Staff Tax Accounting Associate We're seeking a talented Senior Staff Tax Accounting Associate who is passionate about advising entrepreneurs and business owners. Responsibilities Partner with business leaders, owners, and executives to advise these organizations through tax compliance, tax accounting, and business transactions. Perform tax and accounting responsibilities to set the organization up for success. Research and address complicated tax and accounting issues. Advise ownership on tax issues, bank loans, business transactions, etc. Advise ownership on the impact of decisions on overall wealth as well as family succession planning. Implement tax strategies. Key Qualifications Bachelor's degree is required. 3+ years of prior public accounting experience. Ability to interact with all levels of professionals both internally and externally. CPA is highly preferred but not required. Working Situation This is an in‑person on‑site 5 days a week position with some flexibility.
