Position Overview
The Production Manager will oversee the manufacturing process of food products, ensuring compliance with FDA and USDA regulations while optimizing production efficiency. The role entails managing production schedules, leading a team, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the production team to meet production goals and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with all FDA and USDA regulations in food manufacturing.
• Develop and implement production schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
• Lead and train production staff, fostering a culture of safety and quality.
• Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as quality assurance and supply chain, to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in food manufacturing or production management.
• Strong knowledge of FDA and USDA regulations regarding food safety and quality.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing a production team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
