CMG Anesthesia Services located in beautiful Lynchburg, VA, is seeking highly qualified CRNAs to join our multi-specialty group to provide services at our Centra Lynchburg General Hospital and Centra Virginia Baptist Hospital. Cases include - Neuro, Ortho, Trauma, Cath Lab, GYN, Urology, Plastic Surgery, General Surgery, Ophthalmology, and some Peds & OB. \n Responsibilities\n

\n

\n
• $240k base YEAR 1, increased base YEAR 2, yr 3+ - $40k sign on Bonus

• No CALL no NIGHTS
  \n  
\n
• Schedule: We offer 8-, 10- and 12-hour shifts.  Candidates can expect to work one scheduled weekend every 2 months (12 shifts annually).

• SRNAs-$30k Pre-employment stipend, given at $2,500/month for 12 months prior to start date

• 360 beds (LGH) 160 beds (VBH)

• 3:1 supervision/direction of CRNAs
  \n  
\n
• Case mix at two hospitals (Expected to provide some coverage at both facilities, hospitals are 4 miles apart):
  \n  
\n
• Virginia Baptist: General- mostly bread and butter ambulatory cases, plastics, urology, GYN, peds dental, OB coverage, ophthalmology, and ECTs.
  \n  
\n
• Lynchburg General: Level 2 trauma center covering general surgery, interventional cardiology, neurosurgery, vascular, ENT, bariatric surgery, orthopedics, trauma, and electrophysiology procedures.

\n Qualifications\n

• Qualified candidates must possess a master's degree, 
  \n  
\n
• Current Virginia licensure, or willingness to transfer
  \n  
\n
• Certified with NBCRNA, ACLS and PALS.
