We are seeking a Business Development Associate, Inside Sales, to join our Brisbane-based team.

This is a virtual sales role with ownership of a defined Queensland territory. You will manage and grow your own portfolio of accounts, build trusted customer relationships over the phone and identify opportunities to drive sales across the region. You will plan and prioritise territory activity, manage your pipeline and ensure customers receive consistent support.

We are looking for someone with a growth mindset, a positive can-do attitude and the confidence to take ownership of their territory and results. This is a great opportunity for a commercially driven salesperson who enjoys proactive customer engagement and wants to build a long-term career within the Aesthetics industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage a defined Queensland territory
• Build and grow customer relationships through phone and virtual engagement
• Identify sales opportunities and progress leads through the pipeline
• Deliver virtual product information, customer training and education sessions
• Segment and prioritise accounts using structured planning and data
• Maintain accurate sales and customer activity in the CRM
• Partner closely with field-based Business Development Managers

You Will Have

• Proven sales experience, ideally inside sales or tele-sales, with strong capability in cold outreach.
• Exceptional organisation skills with the ability to structure, prioritise, and manage a large account portfolio.
• Confident, clear, and concise communication skills; comfortable engaging customers all day over the phone.
• Strong Excel capability for list segmentation and sales planning; CRM experience (Veeva) is advantageous.
• Passionate, driven attitude with a strong sales mindset and ability to build rapport virtually.
