IT Manager

Base pay range $105,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr The IT Manager will oversee the technology operations and implement IT systems that support the company's business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and project management within the business services industry. Responsibilities Manage and oversee the daily operations of the IT department, ensuring optimal performance of systems and networks. Develop and implement IT policies and best practice guides for the organization. Evaluate and recommend technology solutions to meet business needs and enhance efficiency. Oversee IT projects, including system updates, upgrades, migrations, and outages. Ensure data security, network access, and backup systems are properly maintained. Collaborate with other departments to identify and fulfill IT requirements. Supervise and provide guidance to IT staff, fostering professional development. Monitor IT performance metrics and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Qualifications A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Proficiency in IT systems, networks, and related technologies. Strong project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Knowledge of data security practices and industry regulations. Problem‑solving skills and the ability to make effective decisions under pressure.
