Quality Assurance Specialist - Environment Testing

Eurofins seeks a Quality Assurance Specialist to support QA operations and laboratory staff in Lancaster, PA. The role involves managing proficiency testing programs, maintaining accreditation documentation, coordinating equipment calibration, and assisting with regulatory compliance and internal investigations.

Responsibilities

• Manage proficiency testing program including sample ordering, LIMS entry, and result reporting
• Assist with accreditation maintenance submissions and scope management
• Maintain metrological calibration records and coordinate equipment certification activities
• Route and file approved investigations and audits within the database system
• Monitor and assign QA department email requests to appropriate staff members

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related science field, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer programs
• Professional working proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Previous quality assurance experience in laboratory or similar setting preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Excellent planning, organizational, and multitasking skills

Compensation: $20/hour
