Human Resources Generalist (HRG)Aviata at Englewood in Englewood, Florida is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of HR services, policies, and programs while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and support Human Resources operations across multiple skilled nursing and care centersProvide leadership, mentorship, and ongoing development to facility management teams and HR coordinators, with regular travel requiredGuide and support recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives across multiple locationsDesign and implement recruitment and retention strategies to support workforce stability and growthEvaluate candidates and provide meaningful hiring recommendations, including input on employment decisions as appropriateDevelop and lead employee engagement and recognition programs across assigned facilitiesEnsure consistent implementation of HR policies and procedures in compliance with corporate standards and applicable federal, state, and regulatory requirementsCollaborate with leadership to improve HR systems, processes, and overall organizational effectivenessQualifications:Bachelor's degree in human resources, or related field preferredProfessional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification preferredMinimum of one (1) year of progressive Human Resources experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)Strong knowledge of HR best practices, compliance, and employment lawProven ability to work effectively across multiple sites and with diverse teamsStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated professionalism, integrity, and commitment to high-quality workBenefits:Competitive compensation and paid time off (PTO)Comprehensive health insurance coverageAbout the Organization:At Aviata Health Group, our mission is to deliver exceptional, person-centered care through compassion, clinical excellence, and connection.
