Job Overview: We are seeking a Reservationist to handle customer inquiries, make reservations, and provide exceptional service to our clients. As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless booking experience for our passengers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
• Assist customers with booking shuttle reservations and provide information on schedules, pricing, and services.
• Input accurate reservation details into our system and confirm bookings with customers.
• Address customer questions, concerns, or changes to reservations with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
• Maintain an organized and efficient workspace to handle high call volumes during peak times.
• Collaborate with dispatchers and drivers to ensure timely and accurate service.

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with reservation software (training provided).
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in customer service or reservations is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
