Position Type Part Time Pay Rate $18.03 / Hour Job Schedule DayTime Fri 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM Sat 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM Sun 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service at the front desk by following security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a financial institution setting. Monitor lobby and entry activity, greet visitors, verify identification and/or appointments, and help to control access in accordance with site requirements. Answer phones, assist employees and guests with directions or visitor processes, and communicate clearly with staff regarding arrivals, deliveries, and/or security-related concerns. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, including documenting events and notifying appropriate personnel when needed. Maintain a professional front desk presence while observing for unusual activity and helping to deter unauthorized access or disruptions within the location. Minimum Requirements Access control and badge experience is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
