BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the position of Clinical Manager role for our Saddle Brook, NJ home care office. This office provides best in class care to clients of all ages throughout Hudson County . Responsibilities Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care. Visit Adult and Pediatric Skilled Nursing clients and conduct assessments in Hudson County . Develop the care plan and oversee its execution. Supervise RNs and LPNs in the field. Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff. Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN. Supervisory experience (preferred). Homecare experience is a PLUS. Trach/vent experience or an interest in learning.
