Residential Counselor - MAP Pay Range: $20 - $23.75 Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 3pm-9pm and Thursday 5pm-9pm (28 hours) FLSA: Non Exempt What You’ll Do Teach ADLs (cooking, budgeting, medication management) and socialization skills. Implement treatment plans and behavioral interventions under clinician guidance. Administer/supervise medications per MAP guidelines and document care. Transport residents to appointments and community activities. Advocate for residents’ needs and model healthy coping strategies. Maintain a safe, clean home environment and complete timely documentation. What You Bring High school diploma/GED; mental health experience preferred. Valid driver’s license and ability to assist with mobility (bending, standing, etc.). Strong communication skills (English) and basic computer proficiency. Compassion, patience, and a commitment to trauma-informed care. Bonus: Lived experience or multilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese).
